Contlo AI provides an AI-powered climate intelligence platform that offers:

All content, features, and functionality of Contlo AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, are owned by Contlo AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to data and content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it solely to provide our services to you.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary service interruptions.

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, climate predictions and environmental data analysis involve inherent uncertainties. Our services should not be the sole basis for critical decisions without independent verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contlo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contlo AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your uploaded content or data

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For fraudulent or illegal activities
  • For non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
